Bahan:

  • kangkung rebus
  • bangkuang iris/potong
  • ketimun iris/potong
  • 1 buah tahu cina, potong, garami, goreng matang

Bahan Sambal (dihaluskan):

  • 2 buah cabai merah
  • 3 buah cabai rawit
  • 100 gr kacang tanah goreng
  • 4 sdm petis udang
  • 1 buah pisang batu yang muda
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdm gula merah
  • 1 sdm air asam
  • ±50 cc air matang

Cara Membuat:

  • Aduk semua bahan dengan sambal atau dihidangkan terpisah

Untuk 5-6 orang.
