Ayam Panggang Rembang

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam kampung
2 bh jeruk nipis
1 sdt garam

Haluskan:
6 btr bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
6 bh cabai merah
4 btr kemiri
1 sdt garam
1 sdm air asam
250 ml santan kental

Cara membuat:
1. Potong ayam menjadi 4 bagian, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis, garam. Sisihkan.
2. Campur Ayam, bumbu halus, santan, masak hingga ayam matang dan santan tinggal sedikit.
3. Panggang ayam sambil diolesi bumbu. Panggang hingga kecokelatan.
