TEMPE BUMBU GURIH

BAHAN:

300 gram tempe, potong 4×3 cm
2 lembar salam
2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan

250 ml santan kental
garam secukupnya
30 gram gula merah
1 mata asam

BUMBU HALUS:

6 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
5 butir kemiri
2 cm kencur
1 sendok teh ketumbar

CARA MEMBUAT:

  1. Campur bumbu halus bersama salam, lengkuas, santan, garam, gula merah, dan asam. Rebus tempe di dalamnya sampai santan habis.

  2. Goreng tempe sampai matang.

UNTUK 4 porsi.
